Ive got some on the comp but ive never actually tried them, sitting in the dark for half hour sounds boring lol

Haha, yes I've tried them and no they don't work.
The science behind them is sound, no pun intended. Listening to a repetetive sound for long enough causes the neurons in your brain to adjust the rate of speed according to the noise.
High frequency noise makes you more alert; low frequency noise makes you more relaxed. The individual "drug" effects are a load of Word Banned... 'marijuana' is exactly the same as 'coffee'. Crystal meth, peyote, trip and black sunshine are also all exactly the same.
