Body build.
Muscle weight = Win!
Or, next time you go to get weighed. Down like 4 litres of water and you'll probably have enough water weight to make you a healthier weight

Try eating Carborhydrates, such as bread and rice [curries are options here] but if your uncomfortable in eating bad foods then cut them out entirely and replace them with foods that are higher in fat, but not unhealthy such as Macadamia nuts (or any type of nuts, macadamia nuts are best for fat conent) or Cream/Dairy Products. Again, don't eat these (nuts, cream, bread) as a diet, balance it out but add slightly more in the fat content range.
McDonalds are OK for like once every month or so, but eating regulary could lead to your skin quality degrading and spots appearing, as well as feeling slugish and yuck afterwards, so Fast Food is definitely not an option.
Don't cut out healthy foods and don't limit them either, you still need these for a healty diet and nutrients/minerals etc.
