I have read the rules, but there is nowhere (that i've seen) where you can sign and say that you've read them.
Isn't that standard practice on a forum such as this?
I know there is the rules on the page when you join, and you have to go past that in order to join, but I would have thought that there would be a supplimentary page where everyone would have to sign saying they have read and understood this particular forum's rules.

If people have to read them before they sign up they wouldnt sign up if they didnt agree, Does it really need to be signed for? I mean hardly anyone here breaks the rules and if they do they get a warning, 3 warnings = ban. :S Fair enough I think..

There are hardly any rule breakers here, and as Yxz said, people wouldnt sign up if they didnt agree.
Its like school rules...
