I get loads of supply teachers who can barely speak English. In fact, I had one this morning in IT who actually asked me to read out the work to the class because she couldn't.
They just tend to be stupid rather than evil. I was playing slime soccer and she asked me what I was doing. I said I was doing my work and she believed me.
