I have this problem often. Just as you are away to drift off, your body demands you wake up!
Well, do you drink a lot of caffeine? If you do - DONT!
Because it is warm months now, people lose sleep because it is hot. Open your window for five minutes before you go to bed.
Do a few simple stretches before you sleep too to relax the muscles.

'2 o 'clock' count yourself lucky, I often lie awake in my bed thinking constantly all night, not able to switch off. I'm often still awake to watch the sun rise and sleep from 6-7 AM and then 4-6 PM to make up for it. I know hard it is, I've tried everything. See your doctor if it really bothers you, I'll have to do the same

Probs could be the last two, i'm having problems with the second one myself :P lol
but:
*try not to go on computer before bed
*try not to eat anything before bed
*maybe read before bed
*maybe have a shower/bubble bath with a drop or 2 of aromatherapy oil
*get some aromatherapy linen room spray and spray your bed sheets and room
*make sure you go to bed relaxed and not stressed out
*Have a nice cuppa or hot drink before bed
Hmm can't think of anymore!
