New spamming rule and punishments [added 01/08/06]There is a new rule and punishments for spamming, i would like all members to read this and if your unsure please do ask.To see the new rule and all current rules visit this topic: http://swapitshop.myfreeforum.org/ftopic15069.php - Stacey 14. Spamming = Ban If you spam you will be banned, if you wish to say something please post constructive and meaningful posts and make meaningful topics, you will be banned for life if we [moderators and administrators] feel you are not posting constructively, this is a serious matter and it will be dealt with seriously Spamming punishments 1st Spamming offence - 1 spamming warning 2nd Spamming offence - 24 hour ban 3rd Spamming offence - 48 hour ban 4th Spamming offence - 7 day ban And any Further offences will result in a life ban. Definition of SPAM on this forum: 1. Posts that are not deemed constructive. 2. Posts that contain only one word (unless made in the GAMES forum) 3. Posts that have been copied and pasted into more than one topic/forum. |

u said defintion of spamming is just sayin one word.
would that count if someone asks how much you want to sell something for and you say somehting like "10k"??? |

I think in that context, answering "10k" to the question asked is a constructive post, and therefore not spam.
But if a member was to just post "lol" or "ok" then that would be classed as spamming, and then the member would receive a warning. |

The rules have been made into a global announcemnt, so they are now visible in every forum, so it doesn't matter if this thread has been read or not. Members now have no excuse, saying that "they didn't see the rules", because they are now everywhere!! :P |

stacey looking at these rules i feel i have been through an injustice i recieved a 24hr ban from you as punishment for spamming but did not recieve a warning first that means i have been incorrectly punished but then again you are a mod and if you say its fair its fair | ||

a few days ago but i just got banned no warning or nuffin
