If theres nothing at all that could be causing this then you might have S.A.D (Seasonal Affective Disorder) Basically its the winter blues, some people react with changes in the seasons, it might sound mad but its true!
here are some of the symptoms:
Sleep problems - oversleeping but not refreshed, cannot get out of bed, needing a nap in the afternoon
Overeating - carbohydrate craving leading to weight gain
Depression, despair, misery, guilt, anxiety - normal tasks become frustratingly difficult
Family / social problems - avoiding company, irritability, loss of libido, loss of feeling
Lethargy - too tired to cope, everything an effort
Physical symptoms - often joint pain or stomach problems, lowered resistance to infection
Behavioural problems - especially in young people
if you have a lot of those you should go and see your GP as there are many ways to help with it!
its quite strange really cos i was reading about this in a magazine a few weeks ago and when i seen this post it was the first thing i thought of!
hope things change for you soon

I have mild S.A.D and it feels awful, ive got it since recent years (circa 2005).
You can beat it by relaxing and watching your favourite programme on tv, playing on computer games, playing sports/academix and fitting in more treats such as chocolate or fast food every few weeks.
Or if you have heavy S.A.D then go to CPC (www.cpc.co.uk) and buy a sun generator which emulates sunlight. Its great if you have trouble ajusting from Daylight savings time or if the cold weather makes you feel miserable...

Even though it was ages ago that you posted...
I find that escaping reality is always the best cure for my unexplained blues.
Read a book, watch a movie, play a compuer game.
Of the above, I would suggest a book, a really good book that you can get into easily and find it had to come out of.
Living someone elses life just takes the strain off living my own, you know?
