Easy. Go into.. My computer >> View System Information >> Hardware >> Device Manager. Now look for your dvd-drive. It should be on a red light thing if its not working properly- if it is. Right click on it and click properties. Then update the driver - if not.. Then open your computer and check if all the cables are connected. Some disc drives just stop working. If you don't follow instructions you won't get anywhere. Try rolling back the driver or updating the driver. Or..
