This guide will tell you how to send a swap,

It's easy, this method is for sending one swap only, i'm going to send a pack of stickers!

First, write on your envelope:

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Stick stamp
here (far right)

Swapitshop Post Room,
P.O. Box 29932,
London,
SW6 7FE

Member number:

Transaction Number:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Where it says ' Stick stamp here'. Put a stamp there the same way you would post any other letter! Where it reads 'Member Number' and 'Transaction Number'. This is what you need to do. When your swap had been won. You would have had received an e-mail and it would be on your 'Swap Completed' page saying those two things. You can find your member number when you log on, its at the top by your Swapitshop nickname. If you did not receive an e-mail, wait a day. If nothing comes, check your junk e-mail box if still no luck. Phone Swapitshop on 020 7471 2699.

Now then step two!

Put inside your envelope your swap that you need to send off. And on the back of the envelope put the same amount of stamps as you did on the front. For example, if you used a 1st or 2nd class stamp to send it to swapitshop, put a 1st or 2nd stamp on the back of the envelope. You should go to the Post Office to get it weighed.

------------------

Stickers

5 in a pack!

------------------ In the envelope -- seal the envelope up-- same amount of stamps on the front on the back ~ put it in the post box!

Posting 2 or more swaps!

It's really easy!

Get a envelope big enough to hold your swapits and follow these instructions!

Write on your envelope:

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Stick stamp
here (far right)

Swapitshop Post Room,
P.O. Box 29932,
London,
SW6 7FE

Member number:

There are ____
swaps inside

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You will have to put how many swaps are inside your big package. Where it reads stick stamp here, I think your should go to the Post Office and get it weighed!

I'm going to send in a pen, a keyring and a cd single.

Find out the transaction number of your first swap. Then- do this: the transaction number of my pen is : 4542112.

Get a different envelope, and do what I do- only change the transaction number! :')

Envelope example:

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Stamp here
(far right)

Transaction Number:
4542112

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Stamp here should match the weight of the item, good idea to get some weighing scales.

Ok- so you have wrote that, just that on your envelope? Gr8! Then do this >

Pen

~~~~~ >>>>>> in your envelope (shown below)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
stamp here
Transaction Number:
4542112
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Stamp here should match the weight of the item, good idea to get some weighing scales
Seal it up and put it in the big package.
Do the same with the other swaps and then, put your swaps in the big package > seal the big package up, take it to the Post Office to get weighted ( just in case :'P )
Then put it in the Post Box!
>>> Hope this guide has helped! <<
Question : Can I just put a first class stamp on any of my swapits, even if its more than than the value I'm supposed to put on, because I really cant be bothered to go to the post office and get it weighed and stuff....
Well you should do, I think it helps swaps get processed faster.
